FOR SALE - G&L Tribute L-2000
I am selling my back up bass. I dropped my G&L Tribute L-2000 off at Tym Guitars on Sunday. If you are interested, go and have a look and give it a play in store.
The bass itself is incredible and a regrettable sale. Minor cosmetic damage, ie buckle rash on the back and small knock [...] -

New Toy
Ordered this yesterday from Bass Centre in Melbourne. Arrived this morning. Show tonight and tomorrow night. See where I am going with this.
This little fella adds an octave down to your signal. Can’t wait to hear how it’s going to sound with some of the new Marathon material.

I clone RAT’s
A few years ago, I came across this company called “Build Your Own Clone” or BYOC, who sell do-it-yourself kits for making guitar effects pedals which replicate oldĀ boutique style effects.
These kits are great. They come with everything you need for the build, housing, wire, all the components, all the hardware and even a printed [...] -
Tone capital of the world
Played my first show last night with my new bass amp head. Incredible. So much punch and depth. On stage it was quite dominate over the guitars too. Eat it Mr. “I have a triple rectifier”.
About 6 weeks ago I decided to finally bite the bullet and get an amp I have wanted for some [...] -
“What does this thing do”?
Have you ever looked at a schematic and thought, “what the fuck is going on here”? If you answered yes, I’m in the same boat. All those little funny coloured bits and pieces on a green and gold piece of plastic and for some reason anything we pretty much use to rely on these days [...]
