New Bike in Progress

I am going to be building up a new fixed gear bike soon, but I have a slight issue in that the frame I am after isn’t going to be available until October. Bummer. So I am using this time to save money for the frame and fork set and buy components to put it together when it arrives. Also gives me a little time to find a buyer for my current fixie.

Last night I picked up my new crank set and bottom bracket from Gear. Also, Gear has a online store set up now. It is kept up to date with whatever is in stock and can order what ever you want/need.

These will be put aside with my grips.

I also have the current pedal/strap set up I am using. Old mountain bike platforms and the BO Gear FRS Strap Ons. But I may have look into a different set of pedals to use because of some undesired wear and tear.

Whats left on the components checklist -
Grips
Crankset (arms & chainring)
Cog
Chain
Pedals
Cages/Straps
Wheelset (rims & hubs)
Tyres
Saddle
Seat post
Stem
Handlebars
Headset
Front Brake (calipers and lever)
Frame
Fork
