All I can say is “FFAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRKKKK”. It went off perfectly (my mind anyway). We played our 20 or minute set first up. By the time we finished I was quite haggard. I haven’t played like that in a long time. We used two guitar cabs and 2 bass cabs also, which was incredible. I just wish I could of heard it from the floor though. Finished with some silly noisy delay looping bollocks and that was that. Set done, shirt loaded with sweat.

After we finish, within seconds I have people coming up telling how amazing that was which is always great to hear after a first show. Among them, two of the guys from La Dispute came up and said how amazing it was too. Mind slightly blown considering how amazing they are in comparison to us.

The King of Red Lions and To The North also bought the goods. But La Dispute definitely took the evening. Energetic, passionate and moving tunes. We also got an encore out of them.

All in all, amazing evening. Including getting to bed at 1, having a shitty nights sleep and back to work this morning. That’s a bummer actually.
