I heard a rumour the other day about the book “Lords of Chaos” (Wiki page) being turned into a movie, so I did what I would normally do when something like this happens, ignored it. But this one I just couldn’t shake. I wouldn’t say that black metal is a preferred genre of music for me but I do enjoy some of it. I see it as probably the most extreme music genre to date and events which happened in the early 1990’s surrounding the black metal community in Norway get turned into a film can ruin a lot of the hearsay about the events, bands and people involved.
